Process for Returns

Resolution Attempt: The seller has 72 hours to respond and attempt to resolve the issue. This may include offering a refund, a partial refund, or an exchange if agreed upon by both parties.
Escalation to Peer Bazaar: If a resolution cannot be reached directly with the seller, contact Peer Bazaar support within 5 days of receiving the item. Provide all relevant documentation and correspondence.
Investigation: Peer Bazaar will review the case and may request additional information from both parties. The investigation period may take up to 10 business days.
Decision: Once the investigation is complete, Peer Bazaar will make a final decision and inform both parties. If a return is approved, the buyer will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to misrepresentation or shipping issues, the seller is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or other reasons not covered under our return policy, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (if the seller agrees to accept the return).
Refunds
